When Are the Next Information Meetings about Student Exchange?
In 2023, there are four information meetings during the course of your studies.
Information Meeting 1 – for the entire cohort
Introduction to exchange for bachelor students at the beginning of February in the first year for programs with exchange in the fourth semester and at the end of November for programs with exchange in the fifth semester.

Information Meeting 2 – for the entire cohort
Detailed information about exchange and the application process, held at the beginning of the semester before the exchange, i.e., August and January.

Information Meeting 3 – for nominated students
Review of application process for partner institution, course selection, and Learning Agreement for Erasmus/bilateral agreements. Held after the nomination of applicants, in October and March.

Information Meeting 4 – for students who are travelling
Pre-departure gathering with focus on preparedness, safety, and cultural understanding. Held in collaboration with the Seamen's Church and ANSA, in June for autumn exchange and in December for spring exchange.
