Things to Remember When You Return from Exchange

1. Upload Transcript of Records

After completing your exchange, upload your transcript of records in Studentweb.

2. Upload Confirmation of Exchange

Erasmus students must additionally upload a separate confirmation of their stay and complete an Erasmus Participant Report from the EU Commission. You will be sent this report on e-mail.

3. Get Your Stay Approved

If you have passed your courses and taken the courses specified in your Learning Agreement (if applicable), and if you haven't taken courses that significantly overlap with the courses you have at home, your stay will be approved as part of your degree. The deadline for uploading your transcript from your host institution is 1.9 and 1.3.

Your transcript from Kristiania will not show the courses you took or the grades you received in them, but you will receive a transcript of records from your host institution detailing this information.
